Sophie Windsor

Sophie Windsor is a Senior Assistant Psychologist at the Gender Identity Clinic. She graduated from Loughborough University in 2017 with a BSc in Psychology. In 2019 she graduated from the University of Leicester with an MSc in Crime, Justice and Psychology with a dissertation on victimisation, hate crime and domestic violence/abuse in the transgender* population. Prior to working at the GIC, she worked in an adult community learning disability team and a forensic service for adults with a learning disability and/or autism. Sophie is excited to have joined the Counselling Psychology team and is looking forward to supporting individuals and contributing to research in the field.
