Dr Leighton SEAL is Consultant Endocrinologist at the Gender Identity Clinic at Charing Cross Hospital London where he is responsible for the diagnosis of endocrine disorders of these patients and supervision of the cross-gender hormone replacement of both pre-operative and post-operative patients. He is also a consultant and Honorary Reader in Endocrinology and Diabetes at St George’s Hospital Tooting where he runs a dedicated Andrology clinic to treat erectile dysfunction and the associated metabolic disturbances.
