GIC – limited service in view of the COVID-19 outbreak

Limited face-to-face appointments now available

We are offering limited face to face appointments at this present time, however, the majority of the appointments are still being carried out via Zoom or telephone.

Signing off for hormones and referrals to surgery over the phone: some of these appointment types may need to be rescheduled for an in-clinic appointment. If this is the case with your appointment, our appointments team will contact you to arrange this. These in-clinic appointments are currently being rescheduled as a priority. However, due to the new COVID-19 restrictions we are seeing minimal patients on a weekly basis.

Telephone lines reopened

The GIC phone lines recommenced on Thursday 1 October 2020.

The phone lines are open from 9am to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 4.15pm on Fridays. The phones will be closed for lunch from 12.30 to 1.30pm.
