Lucy Evans joined the GIC in January 2018 and helps manage the health and wellbeing of people on hormone treatment, seeing people in clinic and supporting GPs. She is passionate about transgender healthcare and hopes to help improve awareness of trans health needs in general practice and wider healthcare settings. She also hopes to contribute to getting gender identity and transgender healthcare included in nurse education. Before coming to the GIC she worked in the Intensive Care Unit at St Thomas’s Hospital.
