Dr. Sarah Jane Stenlake is a Highly Specialist Psychologist and Deputy Head of Psychology who offers assessments, and individual and group-based psychological therapy. Sarah is trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, using these integratively in collaboration with each client. These include Systemic (including Narrative and Solution-Focused), Cognitive Behavioural, and person-centred approaches. Sarah has worked in both the United States and United Kingdom, with previous experience in NHS mental health and learning disability services. Sarah trained at the University of Oxford, and worked at a Gender Identity Clinic as part of her doctoral training. Sarah is delighted to have returned to this field, to offer an affirmative and empowering space to explore gender-related experiences.
